• Should an advertiser request a property be removed from the site at any time, this should be done via email or in writing. No refunds will be paid to advertisers who request their property to be removed prior to the end of their subscription period.
• ourhouseabroadfrance.com reserves the right to remove properties from the site should:
> advertisers misrepresent their property in any way
> holiday let advertisers double book their property
> ourhouseabroadfrance.com receive substantiated complaints from holidaymakers who book a holiday lets advertisers property
No refunds will be paid should properties be removed for the above three reasons.
• Only one property unit is to be advertised per property advert. Each additional property unit requires a new advert to be created.
• Measurements and locations are approximate and no responsibility is taken for any error, omission or misunderstanding in these particulars, which do not constitute an offer or contract.
• Should the advertiser decide to use the online availability chart for their property, ourhouseabroadfrance.com expects the advertiser to keep this up to date via the use of the password protected administration area.
7. User name, password and email address

Your continued use of the service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.
10. Unauthorized Payment Methods
